There are 5 stages in the grief and loss cycle these are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. In order to move forward after experiencing a loss in your life you need to go through each of these stages. The grieving process takes time. Healing happens gradually; it can’t be forced or hurried –and there is no “normal” timetable for grieving.
